Project Manager [0123] Nonprofit community arts school seeks a temporary, part-time Project Manager to assist in the development and execution of projects and initiatives for approximately 20-25 hours per week.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact between senior leadership and external stakeholders.Represent senior leadership at community meetings and events.Lead special projects and initiatives, establishing and communicating priorities across departments.Develop standard operating procedures for registration and event logistics.Track and report on important metrics related to enrollment, finances, fundraising, and marketing.Prepare briefing materials for donor meetings.Draft and edit executive correspondence.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Handles confidential information with discretion.Effectively manages and prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced working environment.Highly organized and attentive to detail.Self-starter with excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated professionalism.Familiarity with project management practices and tools such as Asana, Monday.com, and Airtable.Prior experience with CRM systems and data tracking.Requirements:Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, operations, or nonprofit administration.Ability to work after hours as needed.Rate: $20-$22 per hour.Not the right role for you?
