Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal calendar and schedule meetings, resolving any scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate logistics for travel, webinars, internal events, and staff activities.
- Prepare and process expense reports.
- Organize documents and maintain filing systems.
- Draft and edit correspondence.
- Other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize in shifting environments.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent computer and software skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience providing administrative support, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
Rate: $25 per hour.
