- Maintain an internal calendar and handle scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Manage email inbox and phone calls and maintain awareness of correspondence in and out of the executive office.
- Develop pertinent documents for meetings, such as agendas and reports.
- Provide detailed travel itineraries and arrange domestic travel logistics, including flights and transportation.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Maintain internal filing systems.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute tasks in a timely manner when given competing priorities.
- Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate with C-suite executives.
- Previous experience providing high-level administrative support to C-suite executives.
