Executive Assistant [8881]
Nonprofit organization representing first responders seeks a temporary-to-permanent Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the CEO and Executive Director.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee scheduling, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports.
- Create important documents such visual presentations, contact lists, and talking points for meetings.
- Coordinate board meeting logistics by taking minutes and preparing materials.
- Handle board communication and act as the liaison between board members.
- Assist with project management by establishing deadlines and coordinating deliverables.
- Manage all communications via phone and email.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and ship and receive packages and materials.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements :
Rate : $24.00 per hour while temping.
Salary : $80,000-$90,000 per year once permanent.
