Advancement Assistant [1124]Nonprofit organization seeks a permanent Advancement Assistant to assist with daily operations by providing strong communications and administrative support.Responsibilities:Assist with the planning and execution of meetings, events, and ceremonies.Coordinate acknowledgement letter process by handling mailings, creating letters, and updating records.Update standard operating procedures related to acknowledgement process.Maintain internal database and records.Maintain strong communication and liaise with key stakeholders.Provide project support for internal programs.Other duties and tasks assigned that support the company mission.Qualifications:Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Highly organized and attentive to detail.Customer-service oriented.Ability to handle confidential information.Self-starter with the ability to collaborate and work independently.Strong foresight and ability to anticipate needs.Excellent database management and computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.Requirements:Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.Previous experience working in a nonprofit organization a plus.Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.Salary: $55,000 - $58,000 per year.Not the right role for you?
