We’re looking for an Entry-Level Litigation Legal Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
What You’ll Do:
• Support attorneys with day-to-day litigation and administrative tasks
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and filings
• Maintain and organize case files (electronic and physical)
• Track deadlines, court dates, and key case milestones
• Coordinate schedules for hearings, depositions, and meetings
• Assist with trial and deposition preparation
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel professionally

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
