JOB OVERVIEW
Plumber is responsible for installing, maintain, and repairing plumbing systems in modular units.
DUTIES
- Install plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, gas) within modular units during off site fabrication
- Experience with PEX, PVC, copper and cast iron pipe
- Perform pipe fitting, soldering, and fixture installation using appropriate tools and techniques
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and other trades to ensure accurate integration
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of plumbing experience or 2yr trade school degree or Vo-Tech certification in plumbing
- Familiarity of plumbing codes
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices
- Modular or pre fab construction experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10/30 Certification or other safety training
- Basic knowledge of other building systems (HVAC, electrical, carpentry)
