Tutor - Virtual

Job Description This person will provide virtual direct instruction to a student, likely outside of the school day. This position will likely last through the end of the school year, and will include up to 10 hours per week of virtual tutoring. •Confers with classroom teacher(s), counselor, social worker or other school personnel on the student’s needs. •Develops and completes instructional lessons. •Provides the student and the family with supplementary instructional material as may be needed to reinforce lessons. Job Requirements ● A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required ● Citizenship, residency or work visa required ● Knowledge of instructional practices, subject matter, assessment practices and other information that is required in a particular assignment. Written, oral, interpersonal and technological skills that are appropriate to the assignment.
