About the Role
We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. As a member of the Grounds Crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the championship conditions of our playing surfaces. Key Responsibilities
- Turf Management: Execute daily mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using specialized walk-behind and riding equipment.
- Course Detailing: Perform string trimming, edging of bunkers, and clearing of debris to ensure a polished look.
- Bunker Maintenance: Rake and maintain sand bunkers to professional standards.
- Project Support: Assist with seasonal projects including hydroseeding, aeration, sodding, and irrigation repairs.
- Equipment Care: Clean and perform basic inspections on equipment to ensure safety and longevity.

- Outdoor Enthusiasts: Ability to work in various weather conditions (early mornings are a must!).
- Attention to Detail: A "fine-tooth comb" approach to landscape aesthetics and turf health.
- Team Players: Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or golf course maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule
- THIS IS A FULL- TIME, YEAR- ROUND POSITION
- Monday to Friday (Early morning start: 6:00 AM).
- Rotating weekend morning shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
