JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- A graduate from an Accredited Respiratory Care program
- Professional Credentials; Licensure by the State of Alabama
- Must hold the LRT, CRT, or RRT credentials
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language and communicate effectively
- Must possess the ability to work with personnel, visitors, patients, and the general public
- Participate in recordkeeping duties within the department, accounting records, patient charting
- Perform daily maintenance, quality control for the ABG analyzer
- Prepare shift duty sheets for daily treatments, oxygen, aerosol patients, and scheduled diagnostics
