Hiring Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or advanced technical training in the earth or environmental sciences, and/or the appropriate water and/or wastewater treatment licenses as required.
- Must have a MA Grade 5C or higher license, understanding of MA DEP regulations and experience leading a dynamic team of operators.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of direct experience in the management of water and/or wastewater systems is required.
- In-depth knowledge of water and/or wastewater treatment operations along with demonstrated managerial background in the water and/or water treatment industries. Must have the demonstrated ability to recognize water and waste water treatment issues and provide sound solutions thereto.
- OSHA 10 General Industry Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
- Possess or obtain/maintain DOT medical card and pass pre-employment requirements (drug screen, criminal background check, driving record, etc.).
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
