Whitestone Industries is growing, and we are looking for experienced residential painters to join our professional painting team. This position involves interior and exterior repainting and home-improvement projects.
The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work, pays close attention to detail, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and masking
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Complete interior and exterior residential painting projects
- Protect landscaping, furniture, flooring, windows, and surrounding surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow jobsite safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers
- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining Whitestone’s quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous professional residential painting experience required
- Experience with preparation, masking, spraying, rolling, and brushing
- Ability to perform clean, detail-oriented workmanship
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well with a team
- Ability to work from ladders and perform the physical duties of the position
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong work ethic and pride in delivering a quality finished product
