Sitework / Grading Foreman
Whitestone Construction Company – Charleston, SC (Tri-County Area)
Whitestone Construction Company is seeking an experienced Sitework/Grading Foreman to join our team in the Tri-County area. We offer a competitive salary, paid time off, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k), an excellent Bonus Program, and a Company Truck.
Responsibilities:
Manage and direct a crew of 5–10 employees
Schedule daily activities and track crew hours and production
Maintain and manage company-owned and rental equipment
Request, schedule, and coordinate delivery of job-specific materials
Operate heavy equipment and identify equipment deficiencies
Collaborate with project management on daily operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sitework and grading operations
Strong leadership and crew-management skills
Ability to operate heavy equipment
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Spanish as a second language is a plus
Must be a team player and dependable
