Enjoy a consistent schedule while helping lead our team during some of the most important hours of resident care.
What You'll DoAs the Weekend RN Supervisor, you will serve as a leader, mentor, and clinical resource for the nursing team while ensuring exceptional care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support nursing staff during overnight shifts
- Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with state, federal, and community standards
- Conduct rounds and monitor resident well-being
- Administer and oversee medications and treatments
- Communicate resident updates and changes in condition to physicians and nursing leadership
- Ensure physician orders are carried out accurately and timely
- Assist with staffing assignments and shift coordination
- Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance when needed
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Coach and support team members to ensure compliance with policies and best practices
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
You are:
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
- Calm, confident, and dependable under pressure
- Passionate about caring for older adults
- Dedicated to creating a positive experience for residents, families, and teammates
- Committed to delivering outstanding clinical care with compassion and professionalism
- Current RN license in the State of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Previous geriatric or senior living experience preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
