Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility systems.
- Inspect machinery for wear, damage, or potential failures, document findings.
- Complete basic repairs such as lubrication, belt and filter replacement, and component adjustments.
- Support the Maintenance team during planned shutdowns and assist with work orders as assigned.
- Track all maintenance activities and parts usage per departmental guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least 2 years of preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and follow maintenance schedules, work orders, and technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
