About the Role:
We are seeking a certified and experienced Certified Medication Aide to work closely with our nursing staff to administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and provide basic care and support to our patients. Responsibilities:
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and under the supervision of licensed nurses
Monitor patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Provide basic care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and transferring patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and medication administration
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
