• Wage Range: $15.00–$17.50 per hour (depending on experience).

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, listen to their needs, and recommend the right products or solutions (paint, plumbing supplies, décor, garden items, etc.).
• Move between departments—hardware, seasonal, paint, and garden, helping wherever the store needs you.
• Keep shelves stocked, displays neat, and signage accurate so customers can shop confidently.
• Occasionally assist at the register or help load items into customer vehicles.

Who You Are

• You enjoy talking with people and finding practical solutions to their questions or problems.
• You learn new information quickly, ask questions when you’re unsure, and aren’t afraid to make small mistakes as you learn.
• You work well with others and help out in different areas of the store without waiting to be asked.
• You’re reliable, showing up for your scheduled daily shifts.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs. safely and stay on your feet for most of an nine-hour shift.
