Business Development Professional
Whiterock Resources is a growing full-service environmental contractor specializing in compliance, site investigation and remediation services across the United States. We are looking for a qualified candidate who will identify and secure new business while supporting digital marketing initiatives that promote our services and capabilities. This is a hands-on role that blends sales strategy, relationship management, and proposal development—perfect for someone who enjoys creative direct outreach and structured company marketing. Limited overnight travel required. This position is based in our Enid office.
Requirements:

· Punctual, reliable, detail oriented and dedicated
· Uses initiative and independent judgement with minimal instruction
· Enjoy meeting and making genuine connections with new people
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
· Focused and productive at work and, enjoy life outside of the office
· 2 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
· Demonstrated success in achieving measurable revenue or client growth targets
· Strong technical writing skills—able to complete complex and government RFP’s
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office365 and digital marketing tools (Canva, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred

Work hours are Monday through Friday 0800-1700. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and randomly throughout your employment. Pay range is $60-70,000 with strong bonus opportunity. Previous work experience and references required.
