Responsibilities:
Use proper food handling and food service techniques
Take and deliver meal and drink orders in a friendly, timely manner
Ensure resident and guest satisfaction with their meals
Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu items
Keep assigned tables and surrounding areas clean and organized
Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists
Support new food servers with training and onboarding
Uphold all safety and loss prevention procedures
Set up and clean the dining room while maintaining high hospitality standards
Maintain high standards of appearance, hygiene, and cleanliness
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
Assist with organization and flow in the dining room and service areas
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service or fine dining experience a plus, but not required
Friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
