Whitemore James Black is presently assisting the boutique San Francisco office of a national law firm on their search for a Permanent Legal Secretary to join their firm as soon as possible. Our client has a sophisticated litigation and regulatory practice, and they are seeking an experienced litigation secretary with 4 years of litigation experience.
The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The work is an in-office role, with the firm's offices being located in an easily accessible area in the financial district. A 4/1 hybrid schedule may also become available over time. The salary for this role is up to $100K, with each hour worked above 35 hours paid separately. Comprehensive benefits are available for this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience filing with both state and federal courts. Though the firm has a Word Processing team, the ability to proof and create TOAs/TOCs is also sought after. Experience looking up standing orders is also requested.
