THE ROLE

You will fully own a limited book of businesses across Google and Meta. That means strategy, execution, client communication, and performance outcomes — with no layers, no handoffs, and nowhere to hide.
You are the operator.

HOW YOU'LL RAMP UP
────────────────────────────
Days 0–30
→ Learn our systems and profit stack approach
→ Shadow top performers on real client calls
→ Onboard into accounts with direct support
→ Begin executing with guidance
Days 30–90
→ Own 4–6 client accounts end-to-end
→ Build strategies tied to business outcomes, not just platform metrics
→ Optimize daily across Google & Meta
→ Lead client communication (Slack, calls, reporting)
→ Identify and push forward growth opportunities
Days 90 : Leadership Track – could be sooner
Top performers grow into pod leader roles with team ownership and direct impact on retention and growth. This means profit sharing. Everyone eats.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Operator mindset
You bring direction — you don't wait for it. You think in outcomes, not tasks.
Paid media expertise
· 5 years managing Google Ads & Meta Ads
· Strong in account structure, creative testing, and scaling systems
· Comfortable managing $50k /mo in ad spend
Business fluency
You should be conversational in CAC, MER, LTV, and contribution margin. If ROAS is your north star, this likely won't be the right fit. You need to understand the Shopify ecosystem and have an idea of how other channels play into it.
Client ownership
You lead conversations — not just report on them. You communicate performance clearly and can handle expectations under pressure.
Technical stack
· Shopify familiarity
· Triple Whale familiarity
· Strong in Google Sheets
· Solid understanding of tracking, UTMs, and attribution
