Custodian - 2nd Shift

QUALIFICATIONS:           
 

1. Must have high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2. Must be physically able to lift 75 pounds.
3. Must be able to follow directions.
4. Working knowledge of custodial housekeeping procedures
5. Working knowledge of chemicals used and their safe use
6. Ability to use all custodial equipment
7. Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
8. Good health, physical stamina, fitness and vitality

 
REPORT TO:           Director of Facilities and Safety
 
JOB GOALS:
 

1. To clean and set up everything in assigned work area.
2. To handle emergencies and make report if needed.
3. To have a good working relationship with co-workers.
4. To represent Whitehall City Schools when meeting the public.
5. To gain an understanding of all operations of the job.
6. To do the best job possible at all times, and to use time to the best advantage.
7. To maintain district building cleanliness standards.
