Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate treatments to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure availability for guest check-ins.
- Conduct regular sanitation procedures following health standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and household essentials to guarantee readiness for incoming guests.
- Handle custodial duties with precision, including waste disposal and deep cleaning of appliances and fixtures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally during their stay.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
- Experience with laundry operations and carpet cleaning is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to follow checklists and procedures meticulously.
- Prior experience in hospitality or vacation rental settings is a plus.
