Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of this position is shipping and receiving parts and making customer deliveries.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pull customer orders promptly and accurately for packaging, and ship via UPS, USPS, and Common Carrier.
· Completes all necessary paperwork for submission of parts orders, purchases, parts returns, and core returns.
· Assist Parts Manager or Counter Salesperson with necessary documentation for special orders.
· Assist with any problems which may arise in connection with sale of the parts, including returns and warranties.
· Check in freight and put in correct bin locations in warehouse.
· Operate fork lift and/or pallet jack.
· Pick up and deliver parts for the service/parts departments – as needed.
· Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
· Open pallets, crates, and other containers with proper equipment in a safe manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Valid in-state driver’s license and a clean driving record is a MUST!
· High school diploma (or equivalent)
· Ability to use Windows based computer systems
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to read and comprehend English instructions/information and write in a legible manner

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
