What are the responsibilities and job description for the Whitecaps Concession Crew Captain position at Whitecaps Professional Baseball?
Interviews and hiring for this position will begin in late January 2026. This position is a seasonal position for the 2026 baseball season.

What you’ll do: You’ll assist with the direct and indirect supervision of all food and brew crew members, control inventory levels for your area both needed for the coming days and what needs to be cooked based on factors such as expected attendance and weather, and oversee any necessary cleaning before, during, and after the event. You'll set up your area for the season, as well as shut it down for the winter. During the game, you will ensure customer service standards are being met by all crew members, and and address any issues that come up to keep operations running smoothly.
What you need: Terrific customer service, excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for sharing your excitement for the Whitecaps brand. The ability to multitask, organize, and adjust to changing schedules. Attention to detail is a must. Prior experience in food and beverage and/or supervisory roles is preferred. Flexibility, since every day here is different. You’ll need a willingness to work a lot of nights, holidays and weekends.
