VP - Asset-Backed Finance

Our client, a rapidly growing investment bank based in New York, is seeking a Vice President with a focus on Asset-Backed Finance. This individual will play a key role in originating and executing transactions, leading client engagements. This hybrid position offers a dynamic, high-growth environment with strong exposure across asset classes and a competitive salary package.

Job Function

• Perform financial analyses and valuations on a range of complex loans, structured products, and collateralized instruments.
• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate due diligence efforts and support the execution of transaction closings.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the firm’s franchise and market presence.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 7 - 12 years of experience in structured products.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in structuring, trading, or modeling of securitized products is highly desirable.
