Valuations Manager - Consulting Firm

A leading management consulting firm is looking to continue building their Valuations Advisory team. This role involves conducting financial advisory valuations and reviewing target company financial data. Job Function

• Conduct financial advisory valuations in buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Review target company financial information and data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments, working capital and net debt considerations, and potential liabilities.
• Identify pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues during financial due diligence.
• Analyze and suggest potential purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or other transaction-related issues.
• Assist in drafting reports on Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and other transaction-related analyses.
• Supervise, develop, and evaluate staff members.
• Collaborate with other disciplines, including tax, on due diligence projects.
• Contribute to staff training, the development of practice aids, and compliance with practice requirements.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant discipline.
• 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
• Understanding of the M&A process.
