Our client is seeking a Tax Administrator to support the firm's wealth management team in delivering comprehensive, tax-efficient strategies. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals and their associated businesses, while contributing to a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Job Function
- Prepare & review a wide range of tax returns including 1040, 1041, gift tax, partnerships, private corporations and family offices.
- Execute workflow from Wealth Management Team to ensure timely & accurate delivery of all US Federal & State projects. Ensure accurate coding for all client transactions.
- Interact with clients and/or authorized representatives to gather necessary information, clarify questions and refer/discuss tax planning strategies.
- Maintain thorough and confidential client files, including all tax documentation, correspondence and internal memos.
Job Requirements
- BA In Accounting/Finance.
- CPA or EA certification: or pursuing.
- 3-7 years of experience/HNW or Individual exposure.
