- Produce timely and accurate bills for clients, including e-bills, and perform specific billing and e-billing tasks and projects.
- Manage quality control, deadlines, timely reporting on billing status, and thoroughly analyze special billing arrangements.
- Act as a resource for internal clients and colleagues, troubleshoot procedural issues, and assist systems team with upgrades and testing.
- May directly support assigned billing attorneys in full cycle of account management, including account set up, billing and collection arrangements, and inventory management.
- 7–10 years of payroll experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Payroll Manager or Payroll Tax Manager.
- Strong background in global payroll operations.
- Experience with payroll tax, audits, implementation, and research.
- Systems experience required — Workday preferred; experience with 3E or Dayforce is a strong plus (especially from a law firm environment).
- Prior experience working in a large professional services firm or law firm.
