- Own the accounting for corporate entities, from transaction initiation to reporting (both internal and external).
- Prepare analytical reviews for owned entities and present findings to senior finance management.
- Prepare quarterly general ledger reconciliations to underlying subledgers and source systems.
- Own consolidation adjustments, allocated footnotes, and disclosures in consolidated audited financial statements.
- Complete and assist with various audit-related work papers for interim and annual audits and address any follow-up inquiries.
- Prepare analysis to support annual tax filings, working with external tax advisors to meet reporting deadlines.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested and communicate results to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA preferred.
- 4-8 years of accounting experience within public accounting (preferred) or in a complex corporate environment.
- Experience with finance accounting systems (PeopleSoft / Oracle preferred) with strong IT systems aptitude.
