Job Function
- Administer and maintain the performance management system (transitioning from Lattice to Quantum Workplace), ensuring accurate data.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and initiate performance review cycles (project-based, summary, upward feedback).
- Ensure data integrity across reports with strong attention to detail.
- Assist with the rollout of Quantum Workplace, including configuration, testing, documentation, and launch activities.
- Manage post-launch system administration, updates, and process improvements.
- Produce timely, accurate reports for senior leaders and support the development of dashboards to track performance trends.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align performance management with firm goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a HR or similar role, preferably in a global or consulting environment.
- Experience in Power BI.
