- Supervise nursing and support staff, including evaluations and development.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and patient access.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Health and organizational standards.
- Review clinical documentation and conduct workflow audits.
- Track and improve quality metrics and patient outcomes.
- Partner with providers and leadership on operational initiatives.
- BSN required.
- Active NYS RN license.
- BLS certification.
- 3–5 years of experience in primary care or ambulatory settings.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Experience in high-volume outpatient clinics.
- Master’s degree.
- Leadership certification.
