Job Function
- Scan and organize loan packages for processing and recordkeeping.
- Prepare, mail, and track Buyer packages for timely delivery.
- Submit and follow up on RV loan deals with 50 State and other partners.
- Support closing and funding tasks, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate.
- Assist with loan administration processes, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Follow up on outstanding title work and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and workflow efficiency.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- CRM system experience (Salesforce) a plus.
- Experience as a Title Clerk, lending, or F&I (Finance & Insurance) environment preferred.
