Job Function
- Conduct legal research and compile clear, organized documentation of findings.
- Identify licensure filing needs and accurately document all associated filing requirements.
- Create and maintain task entries in the Teams Channel for each assigned filing.
- Partner with the Project Manager (PM) throughout the full lifecycle of each project.
- Collaborate with the PM to establish timelines for all required licensure filings.
- Participate in regular project meetings, as well as ad hoc discussions as needed.
- Prepare filing materials as appropriate.
- Provide consistent and timely status updates.
- Communicate with state regulators as needed.
- Prior experience with the NAIC Uniform Certificate of Authority Application and related subsections.
- Proficiency in conducting research using State Insurance Department websites and statutes.
- Strong organizational skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
