IT Program Manager

Job Function

• Manage complex IT programs consisting of multiple projects; develop program strategy, business cases, and detailed project plans. Ensure delivery of all projects in the IT portfolio on time, within budget, and aligned with business and strategic objectives.
• Oversee project integration and adjust scope, timing, and budgets as needed in response to evolving business requirements.
• Communicate program strategy, direction, status, and changes to IT leadership and senior business stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to leverage IT in support of enterprise goals.
• Ensure the effectiveness of project management processes—including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment—and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead and manage teams of project managers, project leads, and support staff.
• Monitor, measure, and report on program and project performance to IT and business leadership.
• Manage multiple cross-functional teams and projects across various sites and geographies; gather requirements, define key tasks, and track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones throughout the full project lifecycle.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience with project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management and conflict resolution techniques.
