Internet Sales Coordinator

A premier South Florida home builder is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. The contract is expected to run six to twelve months with the potential to become permanent. This role is fully remote. The Internet Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing online inquiries, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication and documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable engaging with prospective clients over the phone.

Job Function

• Track and manage incoming internet leads.
• Follow up with internet leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule calls and appointments for sales managers.
• Assist with document control and organization.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to support the sales process.

Job Requirements

• Light sales experience.
• Real estate industry experience is a strong plus.
