- Lead the company’s annual and long-range financial planning processes, aligning strategic objectives with financial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models to guide decision-making in a dynamic SaaS/ capital markets environment.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support pricing, product strategy, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track performance against goals across revenue, expense, and cash metrics.
- Drive improved forecasting accuracy and discipline through deep understanding of operational drivers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to understand business initiatives and translate them into financial implications.
- Capable of influencing cross-functional leadership using data to drive strategic initiatives across business units.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy and alignment between actuals and forecasts
- 7-13 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, with at least 3 years leading teams.
- Strong background in SaaS financial modeling, metrics, and analytics.
- Experience supporting or leading financial operations in a growth-stage or public SaaS company.
- Public SaaS company experience preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
