Associate - Structured Products

Our client is seeking an Associate in Structured Products for a hybrid role in New York. Job Function

• Perform financial analyses and valuations on complex loans, structured products, and collateralized instruments.
• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify market trends and investment opportunities.
• Facilitate due diligence processes and support the successful closing of transactions.
• Lead or support initiatives aimed at enhancing the firm’s franchise value and market presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deal execution and client solutions.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 3 - 7 years of experience in structured products valuations or collateralized debt instruments.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep understanding of structured finance products, including asset-backed securities (ABS), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), or collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
• Experience in performing complex valuation analyses and working with large data sets.
