Job Function
- Process and code high volumes of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Submit invoices for timely payment.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support efficient accounts payable operations.
- Learn and use the client’s in-house AP software (training provided).
- Code and submit invoices independently following the initial training period.
- Provide additional support during year-end activities by focusing on invoice coding and submission throughout the project timeline.
