- Develop financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and projections.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide research-based insights on accounting and financial questions.
- Prepare for SEC audits and reviews while assessing and improving financial processes and internal controls.
- Review financial statements for public and private sector clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with disclosure requirements.
- Oversee engagement performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide accounting and financial guidance through data analysis and interpretation.
- 5 years of public accounting experience A MUST.
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting. CPA / MBA Preferred.
- Knowledge of SEC accounting with a strong understanding of BCF’s, derivatives, and equity valuation a MUST.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Possess outstanding project management and analytical skills; must be able to prioritize.
- Knowledge of tax provisions a plus.
