Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

We're looking for 2 interns that are graduating college this May (2026) to start in a full time capacity this summer. After 3 months of assisting our transaction management team, and obtaining a Texas real estate license, the interns will have the opportunity to convert to a broker and/or analyst position with the firm.

What You’ll Do
- Collect market data on rent transactions
- Collect market data on tenants
- Input and organize data in the company CRM
- Research online sources and in-house databases to source potential clients
- Prepare market packages
- Assist on corporate account administration
- Assist the brokerage team
Qualifications
- BS/BA/BBA (by May 2026)
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe
- Currently have a Texas real estate license or means to obtain the license within 3 months of being hired
