The Role
As a Brand Engagement Associate, you'll represent a portfolio of exciting brands at live events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns throughout the Birmingham area. This is a customer-facing role that combines relationship building, brand representation, and sales, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact while developing valuable business skills.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands professionally at events, activations, and in-person campaigns.
- Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations.
- Educate customers about products and services while identifying sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships that create positive brand experiences.
- Work closely with a collaborative, high-performing team to achieve campaign goals.
- Gather customer insights and campaign feedback to help clients improve performance.
