Duties

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure readiness for service
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods
• Follow all food handling and safety protocols to uphold health standards
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support overall restaurant operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Willingness to learn food handling practices and support kitchen operations
