Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher role located in Arlington, TX. The Elementary School Teacher is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging, standards-based instruction in core content areas appropriate to elementary grade levels. Daily tasks include developing lesson plans, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and integrating technology and hands-on learning activities. The teacher will assess student progress using formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate student records and grades. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues and support staff, communicating regularly with parents and caregivers, participating in professional development, and supporting campus events and initiatives that enhance student learning and well-being.

Qualifications
- Strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with demonstrated ability to manage a classroom and support diverse learners.
- Experience or training in Curriculum Development and Education best practices, including alignment with state standards.
- Effective Communication skills for working with students, families, colleagues, and administrators.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Texas teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain certification) in Elementary Education or an appropriate grade-level/content area.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning environment.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to support instruction and assessment.
