The Opportunity: Earned Advancement
This position follows a structured advancement track:
* Phase 1 (The Hunter): Establish your presence in the market, master our proprietary sales systems, and build a personal book of business.
* Phase 2 (The Manager): Upon hitting specific revenue and recruitment milestones, you will unlock a W2 salary package, team overrides, and 50/50 split of net of our Repair Division upon advancing to management.
Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management is preferred, or roofing equivalent experiance.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing sales, construction sales, or insurance restoration.
* Proven Track Record: Candidates must demonstrate a history of achieving at least $500,000 in annual personal sales volume.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., JobNimbus, GoHighLevel) and digital measurement tools is required.
* Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Central Kentucky market (Lexington/Richmond and surrounding counties).
What You’ll Do
* Market Dominance: Generate and close leads for residential and commercial roofing projects using consultative selling techniques.
* Expert Inspections: Utilize advanced technology to perform thorough roof assessments and provide accurate, professional proposals.
* Team Building: Once in the management phase, you will recruit, train, and mentor junior sales representatives.
* Division Oversight: Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Repair Division, ensuring high margins and elite customer service.
Compensation Structure
Phase 1: Performance-Based Tiers (1099)
* Elite Tier: 20% commission on gross sales (for jobs maintained at 40% margin).
* Standard Tier: 15% commission on gross sales (for jobs maintained at 30-39% margin).
Phase 2: Division Leader Package (W2 Transition)
* Base Salary: $50,000 Annual Base (paid weekly) for stability and team development.
* Personal Sales Incentive: 5% commission on all personal gross sales.
* Team Multiplier: 2% Team Override on the total revenue of your division.
* Profit Sharing: 50/50 Net Profit split on all work within the Repair Division.
