White Sands Treatment is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our team in Plant City, Florida. This position works within a multidisciplinary behavioral health and addiction treatment setting serving adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and other clinical professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- DEA registration.
- Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or addiction medicine preferred.
