Responsibilities
- Assess patient physical conditions and functional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Administer therapeutic exercises to enhance mobility and strength
- Utilize manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve function
- Educate patients on exercises and health maintenance strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and outcomes
- Manage and maintain therapeutic equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide rehabilitation guidance to support patient recovery goals
