Responsibilities
- Prepare for the patient visit, including pulling charts and notes, as well as setting up medical equipment
- Clean instruments and equipment after use
- Answer phones and field questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs
- Assist nurses and doctors with basic medical care and procedures
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Enter patient daily procedures into EHR
- Perform and set up Physiotherapy Modalities (Electric Stimulation, Ultrasound Traction and Lumbar Decompression) on patients.
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Clean and prepare rooms/tables for next patient
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
Salary : $16 - $18
