What We Offer

• $130,000 annual salary

• Clinical bonus opportunity (up to approximately $12,000 annually)

What You'll Do

As our Director of Nursing, you will:

• Lead and inspire the nursing team through servant leadership.

• Ensure exceptional quality of care and regulatory compliance.

• Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff.

• Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

• Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team.

• Champion resident-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment).

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing supervisory experience.

• Five years of long-term care or acute care experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional resident care.
