Auto Parts Specialist

White's Queen City Chevrolet Buick in Spearfish South Dakota has a full-time parts specialist position available immediately. If you like working as part of a high performing team, have a quality work ethic and take pride in customer service this may be a good fit for you. A mechanical aptitude and interest in vehicles while not required will make your day more enjoyable. Your typical work week will be Monday- Friday inside our climate controlled parts department helping with inventory management and selling parts. You will also be occasionally working in other areas of the dealership and delivering parts to our business customers daily. Internet sales experience helpful as we would like to grow that area. The ability to lift and deliver parts with a valid driver license using our vehicle is required. Job description, including, but not limited to:

· Orders parts from various vendors.

· Answer phone calls from customers to look up and order parts.

· Identifies and looks up proper parts for internal technicians, as well as retail customers and other shops.

· Coordinates a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork.

· Assists with shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing.

· Lifts a variety of parts that can be heavy or awkward

· Use multiple computer programs and websites to complete parts quoting, selling, and ordering tasks.

· Complies with safety requirements. Potential for working with equipment like a forklift.

· Maintains professional appearance.

Qualifications:

· Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions.

· Possess excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

· Flexibility to work a flexible schedule to cover lunch or early/late shifts.

· Ability to multitask and follow direction

· *Valid clean driver license required*
